ദാവൂദ് ഇബ്രാഹിമിന്റെ ബന്ധു വിവാഹ സത്കാരത്തിനിടെ വെടിയേറ്റു മരിച്ചു
മുംബൈ: ഉത്തർപ്രദേശിലെ ജലാലാബാദിൽ വിവാഹ ചടങ്ങിനിടെ ദാവൂദ് ഇബ്രാഹിമിന്റെ ബന്ധു വെടിയേറ്റ് മരിച്ചു. മുംബൈയിലെ ബൈക്കുളയിൽ താമസിക്കുന്ന നിഹാൽ ഖാൻ വിവാഹത്തിനായി ഉത്തർപ്രദേശിലേക്ക് പോവുകയായിരുന്നു. ഷാജഹാൻപൂർ ജില്ലയിലെ ജലാലാബാദിലാണ് ഖാന്റെ കഴുത്തിൽ വെടിയേറ്റത്. ദാവൂദ് ഇബ്രാഹിമിന്റെ സഹോദരൻ ഇഖ്ബാൽ കസ്‌കറിന്റെ ഭാര്യാ സഹോദരനായിരുന്നു നിഹാൽ ഖാൻ. അതേസമയം 2018ലെ കവർച്ച കേസിൽ ഇഖ്ബാൽ കസ്‌കർ ഇപ്പോൾ തലോജ സെൻട്രൽ ജയിലിലാണ്.
ഫെബ്രുവരി 15 ന് നിഹാലിന് തന്റെ വിമാനം മിസ്സ്‌ ആയതിനാൽ ജലാലാബാദിലേക്കു റോഡ് മാർഗമാണ് യാത്ര തിരിച്ചത്. വിവാഹ ചടങ്ങിൽ കമിൽ ഖാൻ എന്ന ഇയാളുടെ ബന്ധു തന്നെ നിറ ഒഴിച്ചതായാണ് വിവരം. ഇവർ തമ്മിൽ നേരത്തെ മുതലുള്ള ശത്രുത നില നിന്നിരുന്നതായി റിപ്പോർട്ടുകൾ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.
ഇന്ത്യൻ ശിക്ഷാ നിയമത്തിലെ സെക്ഷൻ 302 പ്രകാരം കമിൽ ഖാനെതിരെ എഫ്ഐആർ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. മൃതദേഹം പോസ്റ്റ്‌മോർട്ടത്തിനായി അയച്ചു, കേസ് സമഗ്രമായ അന്വേഷണത്തിലാണ്. കൂടുതൽ പ്രതികളെ ഉടൻ അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യുമെന്ന് ഷാജഹാൻപൂർ എസ്എസ്പി (സീനിയർ പോലീസ് സൂപ്രണ്ട്) അശോക് കുമാർ മീണ ഉറപ്പുനൽകി. അതിനിടെ നിഹാലിനെതിരെ മുംബൈയിലും നിരവധി കേസുകൾ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.
Mumbai: Dawood Ibrahim’s cousin was shot dead during a wedding ceremony in Uttar Pradesh’s Jalalabad. Nihal Khan, who lives in Byculla, Mumbai, was on his way to Uttar Pradesh for his wedding. Khan was shot in the neck in Jalalabad in Shahjahanpur district. Nihal Khan was the brother-in-law of Dawood Ibrahim’s brother Iqbal Kaskar. Meanwhile, Iqbal Kaskar is currently in Taloja Central Jail in the robbery case of 2018. On February 15, Nihal missed his flight and returned to Jalalabad by road. It is reported that Kamil Khan, his relative, performed the wedding ceremony. Reports suggest that there was animosity between them since earlier.
An FIR has been registered against Kamil Khan under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The body has been sent for post-mortem and the case is under thorough investigation. Shahjahanpur SSP (Senior Superintendent of Police) Ashok Kumar Meena assured that more accused will be arrested soon. Several cases have been registered against Nihal in Mumbai as well.
